Can I buy a home in Italy while living in Brazil?
Yes. We handle the entire negotiation and the deed can be signed in person or by power of attorney, with translation when needed.
Do I need an Italian tax code (codice fiscale)?
Yes: without a codice fiscale you cannot sign lease agreements or purchase deeds. We help you understand how to get one.
I’ve just arrived in Italy and have no guarantees: can I rent a home?
Yes. Our Rentals for Brazilians service was created precisely for people who don’t yet have the guarantees Italian landlords usually ask for.
How does the personalized search work?
It’s a service under mandate: after an alignment meeting we shortlist and visit up to 3 properties for you, send you a visual report and accompany you through to the deed.
Do you also manage properties you didn’t sell?
Yes. If you already own a property in Piedmont, you can hand it straight to our rental management or, for short-term rentals, to KHost.
