This policy explains how KODACOM S.R.L. processes the personal data of visitors to kodacom.it and of people who contact us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.

What data we process
Data you provide through the contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), the subject of your request and your message.
Technical browsing data: the servers hosting the website automatically record information such as IP address, browser type and requested pages, which is needed for the security and operation of the service.
Purposes and legal basis
We use the form data only to reply to your request and to manage any relationship that may follow (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures taken at your request). Technical data is used to protect the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise or a contractual relationship begins. Technical logs are kept for short periods by our hosting providers.
Who can access the data
Authorized staff of the Kodacom Group and the group companies (Imóveis na Itália, Kostrucom, KHost) involved in your request.
Technical providers acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Supabase Inc. (contact form storage). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some technical providers are based in the United States. Any transfers take place under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking or advertising tools, which is why it shows no cookie banner. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and Airbnb lead to external services with their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability by writing to contato@imoveisnaitalia.com.br. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
