Together they look after a property at every stage: purchase, renovation, renting and hosting.
Who is the group for?
For anyone who wants to live or invest in Italy, especially Brazilian families and investors, and for owners who want to renovate, rent out or earn income from a property in Piedmont.
Which areas do you cover?
Piedmont: Casale Monferrato, Alessandria, Asti, Valenza, Vercelli, Ivrea, Castellamonte and the Turin area. Our headquarters are in Casale Monferrato and our branch is in Strambino.
Can I buy a home in Italy if I live in Brazil?
Yes. Imóveis na Itália handles the entire purchase, and the deed can be signed in person or by power of attorney, with translation when needed.
Can I hire you for just part of the work?
Of course. You can work with a single company, for example only for the renovation or only for the management, or let us handle the whole journey.
